Your details

When you book tickets or buy a CD, payment is handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach this website. We receive your name, email, phone number and, for CDs, your postal address, and use them only to manage your booking or deliver your order.

If you send a message or join the mailing list, we keep your email address to reply or to tell you about future concerts. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, or ask us to delete your details through the contact page.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Tickets

Your email receipt is your ticket. Programmes and performers may occasionally change. If a concert is cancelled you will receive a full refund. If you can no longer attend, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

CDs

CDs are signed and posted within a few working days. If anything arrives damaged, let us know and we will replace it.
